A Labor of Love—Volunteers Make Valentine’s Day Special! Thanks to the hard work of Providence volunteers, Valentine’s Day was a breeze for those wanting beautiful flowers and fresh baked goodies to take home for that special someone. “Our floral team worked 10-hour days arranging beautiful roses and spring arrangements for our lobby sale,” said Patty Hawk, volunteer director. “We sold over $5,000 worth of flowers during the week of Valentine’s!” It was a busy Valentine’s Day for Linda Davenport, Neva Amyett and Ed Sieja. Volunteers also held a Valentine’s Day bake sale, offering beautiful cakes, cookies, cupcakes and pies with a holiday theme. For more Valentine photos, Click Here. The talent behind our beautiful florals includes Rita Self, Linda Davis, Harriet Shearer and Denise Kammlah. Not pictured are Mary Chambers and Lynette Ragan. Volunteers Pat Wall and Gloria Arnold help Frances Andrade at the Valentine Bake Sale. Need a Speaker?
