Dear Four South Team,
The small form provided for recognizing notable service…was
inadequate for expressing my high praise for the quality care I have
received from the entire staff during my unexpected, extended stay for
emergency hip surgery.
From the nurses, aides, physical and occupational therapists, case
workers, and the hospitalist, Dr. Lee, I have been given excellent skilled
health care which painstakingly covered all the bases. However, I also
received superb personal care, exhibited by your understanding mindset,
re: my many questions and your spirit of encouragement.
Furthermore, I have seen that you all are a team—not just a staff.
Your team spirit was obvious as I saw that you all were pitching in to
cover each other’s patients during busy times
