Tiki Guerrant-McRay has been with Spectrum Reach for eight years and has been a strong leader in the marketing department and the company around Diversity , Equity and Inclusion .
Her Spectrum Reach journey is a great example of career growth inside the company and on her team . She began her career with Spectrum Reach as a Field Marketing Manager in Cincinnati , OH , and relocated to accept a Senior Manager role in Tampa , Florida . Tiki is currently the Director of the East Division Field Marketing team .
In 2022 , she was selected to represent the company in the NAMIC leadership program , and we are very excited that she has taken a key role in the third year of our 2023 Pay It Forward program .
She is a shining example of how one individual can make a huge impact in their workplace and beyond .
