Without a doubt . Mauritius is also a transparent jurisdiction : our legal , legislative and regulatory frameworks , as well as our fully collaborative approach towards the OECD and other international regulatory organisations , clearly demonstrate that the country is not positioned as a fiscal haven . We have always adopted sound regulatory practices and comply with international standards of transparency and information exchange .
