Never Question Yourself or Your Abilities
1.
Dawn grew up in neglectful home to say the least. She fought through high school in a house without electricity and running water, and by the beginning of senior year her drug-abusing parents abandoned her and her brother. Dawn was left homeless and alone, but continued to stay strong. She worked as a part time janitor at her school in the mornings and evenings, while taking all AP classes during the day. Her hard work, determination, and ability to focus on the positives in life lead her to receive a full scholarship from Harvard University. Just like Dawn, it is important that you stay focused and determined, even when it seems as if all odds are against you.

A student of Dr. Don Fraser Jr. had been slacking off, big time, and it was not a surprise to anyone when he failed his junior year of high school. However, after realizing that he had made many wrong decisions when it came to school work he repeated the eleventh grade. He began working extremely hard and picked up his grades—starting anew. The next year he was accepted to Case Western Reserve University. It is good to remember that it is never too late to turn your life around.
