The Ecuador Experience
Why Ecuador?
This small country of 17 million inhabitants is located at
the middle of the world (0° Latitude), in the northwest
corner of the South-American continent.
There are few countries in this world that can boast
the diverse natural beauty of Ecuador. Spread out over
four distinct climatic zones, visitors can enjoy jungle
adventures in the Amazon River Basic, mountaineering in
the Andes, relaxing in tropical beaches. All of these
zones are easily reached within a few hours drive. The
Galapagos Islands are only a few hours away by plane.
We welcome professor lead groups or individual
students participating in our study abroad program or
regular academic calendar.
