Legal Framework
“Universidad Del Pacífico – Escuela de Negocios”
was established under Law #43 (oficial Registry 218,
December 1997) issued by the National Congress of
Ecuador following a favorable report from CONESUP
(National council for Universities and Polytechnic
Scools). The University bylaws were approved by the
current Council of Higher Education (CES) RPC-SO-39-
No. 812-2016.
