Moles help make dreams come true.
On a wet and windy Friday in October, representatives for the Guild of British Molecatchers accepted a presentation from the Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK for their members raising over £10,000 for this incredible charity.
Natalie Hill, Volunteer and Fundraising Manager, said after the event "We at Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK have been bowled over by the support from the members of the Guild of British Molecatchers since they started supporting us some four years ago. To date you have raised a staggering £10,294.80 and I know that this amount will continue to rise with new members coming on board, which is really exciting. We are keen to work with the Guild far more closely in the future, and to give you more insight as to how the fantastic funds you have all been raising really will make a huge difference in terms of the wishes we can grant for children with life-threatening conditions. Thank you so much for all you have done for Make-A-Wish so far."
Martin Noble, Master Molecatcher and Guild Membership Secretary, added "The presentation was a great opportunity for us to see how the funds raised by our membership donations help to give amazing opportunities to children with life threatening conditions. We are all looking forward to continuing to support this amazing and worthwhile cause".
