Suttons 'Rootgrow' - What is it ?
Rootgrow contains a mixture of completely natural mycorrhizal fungi species all of UK origin. It also contains an inert clay carrier which acts as a substrate for the fungi to grow through and a some bio-additives which enhance mycorrhizal colonisation.
Suttons 'Rootgrow' - Why use it ?
In most soils there are simply not enough of the right type of native mucorrhizal fungi close enough to a new plants roots to colonise fast enough. However, just 1 teaspoon of Rootgrow can contain up to 5,000 pieces of fungi all ready to explode into growth, taking over every millimetre of a plants roots in a matter of days and giving it the boost it need to cultivate a healthier, thicker root system that allows it to drink up the soils nutrients.
