A fter the
Ordinariate Mass
on 19th August at Our Lady of
Perpetual Succour, Wolverhampton,
instead of our usual coffee and biscuits
Maureen and David Harrison treated
us to Prosecco wine and cakes to
celebrate their Ruby Wedding which
had taken place earlier in the month.
In return the group gave them a card
and “Ruby Wedding” rose from David
Austin (see photograph).
David and Maureen and their
daughters, Rebecca and Rachael,
have been members of our group
from the very beginning in 2011.
They were some of the first
to join the Ordinariate because
David was waiting to have a Stem
Cell Transplant, and the family’s
date was bought forward to the
20th March 2018.
