The Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham
Annual Festival
T he Annual
Festival of the Ordinariate of Our Lady
of Walsingham will begin on Friday 22nd September at
7.30pm at Our Lady of the Assumption & St Gregory, Warwick
Street, London, when Bishop Alan Williams will speak on
“Evangelism”, followed by a Reception.
On Saturday 23rd September will begin with tea and
coffee at 12.30, in Westminster City School, 55 Palace Street,
Westminster (opposite the Cathedral) from 10.30am onwards.
The address will be “The Ordinariate and the English Way”
followed by questions and Mass in the Cathedral. A 2 course
hot lunch will be served in Westminster City School (£12 pre-
booked) before the second address by Fr Alexander Lucie-
Smith on “Proclaiming the Gospel in the Internet Age”. Full

here was a packed church on Sunday 16th
July for the visit of Mgr Keith to the parish of St
Anselm’s, Pembury, home of the Tunbridge Wells
Mission, at the 11am Solemn Mass, celebrated using
the Ordinariate Rite. During the Mass Mgr Keith
received and confirmed a new member of the Catholic
Church, received two boys and four girls into their first
communions, and also received Roy in the office of
Lector, on his way to becoming a Permanent Deacon
for the Sevenoaks Ordinariate Mission. Afterwards all
repaired to the church garden for a Bar-b-q lunch.
St Basil & St Gwladys

Sunday 23rd July (Trinity 6) the
11:30am Solemn Mass St Basil and St Gwladys
in Rogerstone, Newport, was celebrated with Holy
Baptism, both in accordance with the Ordinariate
use. They welcomed young Magdalena (the newly
baptised) from their Zimbabwean community. Also
present was Brother Royston, a Lay Dominican of
the Redemptorist Community, who was visiting
from his home in Monmouth.
