Events in Salisbury

S alisbury is
a lovely city. At the heart of the city is a beautiful cathedral dedicated to the Assumption
of Our Lady. The Ordinariate has two priests there, Mgr Edwin Barnes and Fr Keith Robinson.
Fr Keith Robinson assured us that he, Mgr Edwin,
their families and people are all safe. But the whole
thing has come as a great shock. “We had just recovered
from the snow drifts,” he said, “Then this happened;
police, ambulances and military everywhere. I must
say, they have done a wonderful job. Diligent and
purposeful, they have put themselves in danger’s way.

Snow is rare in Salisbury, so the recent spell of
