London Catholic History Walks project was
launched by the same group that ran the “Path to Rome”
conferences some years back, under the patronage of the late Mgr
Graham Leonard, sometime (Anglican) Bishop of London. The
Walks have thrived and you can find out more about them from the
website: www.catholichistorywalks.org which will give you the dates
and the places to meet etc.
The Walks mostly concentrate on central London’s
famous quarters – Westminster and the City, Chelsea
(for St Thomas More) and the river and the Tower. But

The Borough, London Bridge, I have become fascinated
by Southwark – the more so as I have a family link there

Bridge, with a fine view of St Paul’s).
