The Recorder · October 8, 2015 Friday, Oct. 9 Fall Family Festival A fall family festival sponsored by Ponte Vedra Business Connections and Helping Hands, Inc will take place Friday Oct. 9 from 4-9 p.m. at Crosswater Hall and Lawn, 245 Nocatee Center Way, Ponte Vedra. The festival features shopping with more than 50 local product and service businesses. The first 100 guests will receive a free discount/sample bag. There will be a raffle with more than 40 items; Tickets are $1 or six for $5. All proceeds from the Helping Hands raffle go to K9 for Warriors. First Responders Appreciation 5K The inaugural First Responders Appreciation 5K, honoring Florida’s First Coast first responders, is Friday, Oct. 9 at The Jacksonville Landing.
