42 Gift of Giving Ponte Vedra Recorder ·September 24, 2015 Locals tee off for St. Augustine Youth Services The 20th Annual St. Augustine Youth Services Charity Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, Oct. 5, 2015 at Marsh Creek Country Club. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the shotgun start goes off at 9:00a.m. An awards lunch will be served immediately after. St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS), a therapeutic group home for abused and neglected children, is celebrating 25 years of service. SAYS employs a staff of caring professionals who are specially trained to deal with problems unique to children from abusive homes. The SAYS campus provides the homelike environment so important for the healthy development of these special children. The tournament proceeds will help support the SAYS Hutson Family Campus to continue to provide a safe, stable home for the boys in which to love, learn, grow and heal both physically and emotionally.
