The 2015 Florida Heritage Book Festival & Writers Conference welcomes writers and enthusiasts to celebrate Florida’s rich and colorful
literary heritage. Spanning three days, Sept. 24
- 26, events include writers workshops, writers
reception with guest speaker Bob Shacochis,
presentations by 20 featured authors and
vendor fair. Events take place at Flagler College’s Ringhaver Student Center in downtown

The fourth annual Clean Water Music Fest will
be hosted at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on
Sept. 26 by Flagship Romance, a nationally
touring alternative folk duo based in Jackso nville Beach. All proceeds from the festival
go directly to the charity:water organization.
The event runs from noon to 10 p.m. and will
include local, regional and national talent on

The 3rd annual Fidelity Investments Jacksonville Dragon Boat Festival is Saturday, Sept. 26

The St. Johns County Republican Executive
Committee presents, Kris “Tanto” Paronto, author
of “13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really
