The Nocatee Farmers Market invited the community to get excited for the season with the annual Fall Festival on
Saturday, sponsored by Florida Water Technologies Inc. The day featured a live bluegrass band, Big Cypress, a petting zoo, horse drawn hay-rides and life-size scarecrow making — a Nocatee tradition. Along with this seasonal
and festive theme, the market included more than 80 local vendors offering items such as organic produce,
herbs, spices, delicious unique foods, crafts, jewelry and more. Free face painting was provided by Chet’s Creek
Church, along with free crafts. The Farmers Market is hosted at Farmers Market Field, 100 Marketside Ave. in
Nocatee.
