CURRICULUM & ACTIVITIES
CHEMISTRY TOP OF THE BENCH
Four GCSE Chemistry students ( 5th year Ewan Robson , 4th year Anna Wraith and 3rd years Charlie Hutchinson and Lucy Grewer ) went to the University of York on the evening of Monday 20th January to take part in the Royal Society of Chemistry Top of the Bench competition .
They took part in various chemistry related activities , including practical challenges in the university laboratories .
The team achieved a very respectable 6th place overall , and we were extremely impressed by their enthusiasm and team work .
