We have seen more parents taking advantage of this great opportunity and it has added to the diversity in our home. Dolman Boarding house is home to the younger Boarding Boys at Pocklington School, it is an enjoyable, lively home and the boys and staff have great fun. During the week we follow a busy routine which consists of all the normal things; watching TV, playing football, eating and a little prep. The unusual things in Dolman Boarding are all the birthday cakes (21 this year), always having someone to play with, talk to, and share your thoughts with. Pocklington School and it was brilliant to see so many pupils and staff having such a great time.” We have enjoyed 2018/19 in Dolman and I would like to say a huge thanks to the fantastic boys that we have had this year and to the staff who never stop caring and give so much to help the boys have a wonderful experience whist away from home. This year we have been to Flamingo Land, Canal walks, Tramlining, camping at Botton camp, Allerthorpe Water Park and the Yorkshire mining museum to mention a few.
