B E IT ENACTED by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows- DEFEAT Repeal the European Communities Act The supremacy of EU law does not apply The European Communities Act 1972* is repealed on exit day- March 29 th 2019 ED Conversion of EU Law in to UK law Convert EU law into UK law where appropriate and to transfer powers from EU institutions to British ones. Direct EU legislation, used immediately before exit day, shall then forms part of UK domestic law on and after exit day. Saving of rights All rights (human or worker), powers, liabilities, restrictions, and procedures which, which are EU Law immediately before exit day shall become UK domestic law on exit day. Dealing with difficulties in covering EU law to domestic law Create the necessary temporary executive powers to let the Government correct laws for up to two years after Brexit without a vote in Parliament. A Minister may make provisions as the Minister considers appropriate for the purposes of implementing the withdrawal agreement.
