Nairobi’s CBD may be crowded and
dusty (when it’s not muddy), but sometimes all you need is a change in perception. Viewing the city from the top of KICC is a
good way to see Nairobi’s prettier angles. Open
from 9:00am till 8.00pm on weekdays, and till
6.00pm on weekends, you can take your loved
ones to the watch the sunset from the 2nd tallest building in Nairobi.
Charges: Citizens –Kshs. 150, Residents –
Kshs. 200 and Foreigners –Kshs. 400.

Walk through history at Nairobi Railway Museum
If history has always fascinated you, take
one day off your Easter weekend and visit the
Nairobi Railway Museum. Located in an old
railway building along Uhuru Highway, the
Railway Museum houses old locomotives and
related railway equipment. It gives a fascinat-

open daily from 8am to 5pm.

GP Karting for the adrenaline lovers
A Formula 1 winner title can be yours, if
you just zoom off to GP Karting! Great
for family and other groups, GP Karting, also
known as Go-karting, is an amazing, fun-filled
way to bond. The low close-to-the-ground go
karts are safe for anyone above the age of five
years. The track provides a helmet, racing suit
and all the information you need before you
race your friends and family.
Located on Carnivore Road, just off Lang’ata
road, the GP Karting centre is open from Tuesday to Sunday and on all Holidays, from 9am
- 6pm. Although they are closed on Mondays,
the management offers to stay open later by
prior arrangement.
Charges for 10 minute sprint races: 5-8 years –
Kshs. 900, 9-12 years –Kshs. 1000, 13-16 years
–Kshs. 1100 and 17 –Adults –Kshs. 1300. For
