MATERİALS OF TURKISH TRADİTİONAL
TURKİSH FOOD “SARMA”
MATERİALS
300 gram grape leaf
one lemon
four tablespoon of olive oil
a glass of hot water
SALPİCON
six tablespoon of olive oil
1,5 glass of rice
a glass of hot water
a tablespoon of pine nut
one tablespoon of currant
a teaspoon of black pepper
a teaspoon of allspice
The onions are chopped in edible oil and roasted in oil.
Add the tomatoes and stir the rice a little.
Spices are added and 1 and a half cups of hot water are put
and cooked until the water is pulled.
The leaves are washed thoroughly and the cold begins to
wrap.
The empty leaf is laid beneath the cooker you are to cook so
that it prevents burning.
After kneading the pot, very little oil is poured on it.
Add the remaining 2 1/2 cups of hot water and cook with
high heat before the pot is closed and low heat with boiling
water until the water is pulled in. (If you get low heat, you
can put lemon slices on the lid. Enjoy it!
