Medical Uses;
No member of this genus contains any toxins, all have more or
less edible leaves. However, if grown with artificial fertilizers,
they may concentrate harmful amounts of nitrates in their
leaves. Extracts from the leaves have shown to have significant
hypoglycemic effects. Always seek advice from a professional
before using a plant medicinally.
Purslane Salad with Yogurt
1)We clean thoroughly wash the purslane.
2) Then we chop a little small.
3) Take a large bowl of yogurt into the grate garlic
