Track four “No Stone” is a very bluesy and grinding song reminiscent of the Black Sabbath days but with the modern rock song you expect to hear on today’s modern radio. As the song grinds its way through the chorus, it picks up power and steam with each riff struck on the strings of guitar player’s Brent Martin and Richey Boyd. The leads are simple but well placed and the vocals soar as the song builds back and forth on a blinding twisting path of groove to explosion after explosion. The lead guitar sections in this song are nothing less than brilliant and the tone is simply magnificent.

Track five is the blues driven song of this compilation. Penned “Fingertips” it’s name is absolutely fitting as this song reminds of you what it is like to feel and hear blues on 108 octane gasoline. It has a hard driving, sexy blues feel and lyrics that remind you of a guy who is desperately trying to hold on to what is his. It’s an amazing song that builds as it goes and climax’s at the solo and tops out as one of the best blends of style and sound on the album.

Track six “Journey To The Virgin” is that one song that is the speller of the true style of what every band tries to signify. If there was ever a song by this group I would love to hear in a live music setting, it is this one. It starts with back- to- the roots hardcore blues licks that are mixed with a tiny of scent of the 70’s sound, and as you listen through the verses, you can feel the older influences in the band’s repertoire. But don’t be mistaken. The modern sound is there with absolutely brilliant lyrical writing. I couldn’t help but picture a LIVE setting, full of soul, but at the same time with enough tattoo’s that would be fitting for any hardcore metal scene.
