help us meet our operational goals efficiently. In addition, we have something for the health buffs via the talk on “Wellness” by
Atty. Juarez of Copylandia. I am sure all of us would be interested on what the BIR will discuss re the latest rulings involving
the printing business as well as the tax updates to be given by an SGV officer.
At this juncture, let me sincerely thank all the members of PIAP as well as the Board who took the time and the trouble to show
us their concern by attending the special general membership meetings and/or sending proxy forms. All of our hard work
were not in vain. PIAP got another lease on life for the next 50 years! Please see a copy of the SEC Certificate No. 23696,
published in this magazine.
In parting, I would like to state that to fulfil its mission, PIAP must reinvent itself once more. We must not become just an
ordinary association for social and fellowship concerns only. We must find ways to give our members the service, knowledge
and support they need in order that they themselves can become more prosperous and successful in the printing business.
To the Printing Industries Association of the Philippines’ Family, my warmest congratulations as we celebrate our 50th
Anniversary.
Mabuhay ang PIAP!
