To keep the audience engagement high pre-event by releasing
information about the event as part of a seven week marketing
campaign alongside participatory methods on social media 1
To deliver an experience that attendees will rate as 8 and above on
the ‘event rating’ box. Keep a consistent ‘seven deadly sins’ theme
throughout the event and pre/post audience engagement. Hire
props from a reputable supplier and have the marketing and
promotional materials designed by a professional. 2
To secure an event attendance of 46 people with 60% of attendees
having bought their tickets at least two weeks in advance. 3
To create such an enjoyable and immersive experience that attendees
spend additional money at the event. To raise at least £700 from ticket
sales and £300 on the night from additional income streams. 4
