Once upon a time there was a
farmer
When every drop of perspiration
Wasn't enough to irrigate the soil,
When the amount of tear that fell
Was more than the rain fell;
That every moment was shameful
Shameful that we were unmoved,
That someone was sleeping hungry
And we're wasting his grown food.
