Woods of Wisdom
“Mother nature in all her
splendour
Has given us life beyond
measure
She teaches us the way to
live
If only we will listen still
Mankind as lost its way
Leaving common sense far
behind
Of moving fast and living
large,
Often forgetting that Mother
is in charge,
Amaze when she snaps at us,
we crumble but yet never
humble
We often forget the lesson
learnt
To treat her right or be sure
to face a deadly plight.”
