APPOINTMENT OF REGION 20 REGIONAL COORDINATOR
TO: Alan O'Shea & the Twen eth Fleet FROM: STARFLEET Headquarters ? O?ce of the Commander, STARFLEET RE: Appointment of Region 20 Regional Coordinator As of August 23rd, 2013, I have received word from the Inspector General that, in the ma er of the Region 20 Regional Coordinator Elec on, Lieutenant Commander Alan O'Shea has received a majority of the votes cast and has met the eligibility requirements to serve as the Regional Coordinator. Here is the o?cial verbiage from the Inspector General: "It is my duty to announce that the Region 20 Coordinator elec on has concluded, with LCDR Alan O'Shea, based on the polling of the chapters of Region 20, winning in the elec on phase. He is hereby ordered to take command of Starbase 20 and the 20th Fleet. Furthermore, under STARFLEET's Promo on Criteria, Sec on 2, Subsec on I?B, LCDR O'Shea shall be granted a Field Promo on ?
