The City of Arlington is committed to protecting and improving the health and quality of its natural resources . For decades , Arlington Animal Services has facilitated the trapping , relocating , or euthanizing of wildlife . This program not only had no decrease in the number of wildlife , but wildlife has increased to fill the void .
3 Main Reasons Trapping Does Not Work :
Preventing animals from becoming accustomed to people is the first step in reducing human / wildlife interaction .

The Cole family adopted ' Maleficent ' on October 3rd !
The dog pictured right , Chikis , was missing for SEVEN years !!! Thanks to a microchip , AAS was able to reunite this lost girl with her owner . An owner who never gave up hope . An owner who kept her missing pet ' s lost flyer after all these years !!
