July , TCAP is Back ! Texas Coalition for Animal Protection ( TCAP ) will return to Arlington Animal Services for low cost vaccinations only , beginning in July . TCAP will be on location from 8-10am , July 10th , 13th , and 31st . FREE Cat Clinics ! Thanks to a grant from The Petco Foundation , 600 Arlington cats will be spayed or neutered . Free clinics are being held on Monday ' s and Friday ' s at Arlington Animal Services while funding lasts . These clinics are available for feral , community and domestic cats in all Arlington zip codes . The first 20 cats to arrive between 8-9am will be accepted . Cats must be picked up at 4pm . Kittens must be at least 3 months old , and feral cats must be in a trap to be eligible to participate in these clinics .
