Flexicon has engaged J.G. Petrucci Co. to complete a
75,000 sq. ft. addition to their existing facility. in LVIP VI,
Bethlehem, PA. The company’s existing facility was
designed and built by J.G. Petrucci Co.

J.G. Petrucci Co. was recently named as the Design/Builder for
Northampton Community College’s dormitory expansion in
Bethlehem Twp., PA - a 300-bed student residence with dining
hall, lounges and laundry facilities.

Rotating Machinery is adding office and manufacturing
space to their existing facility at 2760 Baglyos Circle in
LVIP VI, Bethlehem, PA.

J.G. Petrucci Co. is under construction on a 50,000 sq. ft. medical
office building located in LVIP VI, Bethlehem, PA - our third design/build development project for Coordinated Health.

J.G. Petrucci Co. recently broke ground on a 179,000 sq.
ft. facility on Spillman Drive, LVIP VII in Bethlehem, PA for
the company’s Engineered Pump division. The current
facility is in Phillipsburg, NJ.

Mountain Development Corporation reached out to J.G.
Petrucci Co. to be the Design/Builder for two Class A
office buildings totaling 100,500 sq. ft. at 19 Roszel Road
in Princeton, NJ.

Warminster Square
Expansion

Cigars International has engaged J.G. Petrucci Co. to
expand their current facility in LVIP VII Bethlehem, PA. J.G.
Petrucci designed, built and owns the facility.

Renovation

J.G. Petrucci Co. is renovating the facade of Warminster
Square, a 9,475 sq. ft. shopping center in Warminster, PA.
The renovation will mirror the neighboring luxury apartment complex, The Station at Bucks County.
