Peer to peer learning groups
Make the other students who are better than you in other subjects or any other thing your
friends not enemies. Try as much as possible to be in a group of people who are learning
the same things as you, this will help you understand the topics that seem confusing in
class. Besides that, don’t be afraid to ask for help from teachers or your friends. Even the
smartest individuals need help.
The role played by the Rotaract Clubs in grooming the potential leaders of tomorrow that
shall impact many lives should never be undermined. The Interactors find it easy to relate
with people close to their age brackets, have a fresh tale of challenges and experiences.
The appreciation of the different career stages should not only be left to the mentors that
the young people consider as idols because their view of reality is on different angles. We
(Rotaractors) had a chance of being groomed ably well by the youth of the time, it always
gives us great pleasure to pass on a great seed to the ones following in our footsteps in
terms of career, personal growth, body Hygiene, leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
