Splash Maps are a fantastic bit of British
innovation allowing you to select and print
maps of your choice onto fabric that is
hard wearing and waterproof .They weigh
next to nothing and can even be worn or
stuffed in a pocket. Unlike conventional
maps they are perfect whatever the
weather and of course don’t run out of
battery like a GPS.They also make an
alternative gift for a loved one.
Splash Maps is a brilliant success story and was
funded by people via the crowd funding
network Kickstarter which also of course
provided the perfect testing and focus group for
feedback and product development.
We have tested them on canoe trips and love
the fact they can be pulled from a pocket or bag
and laid on a seat with ease, not complicated
folding or searching GPS functions.
