When preparing for an expedition
to a far away place in challenging
conditions – what are the qualities
you look for in a fellow team mate
kayaker?

I haven’t done any expeditions yet, but if I’m
travelling around the world then someone that
is easy going and relaxed. At the end of the day,
we just want to paddle!

Who are your kayaking buddies?

Anyone and everyone! Have mates all over, so
just pick up the phone and be like, “Let’s go
kayaking.”

Apart from kayaking - what other
sports do you like?

I love the gym, training wise I like power
training so I guess body building. Anything
really, as long as it challenges me and its active!

Who do you think is going to win
this year’s World Champs?

Ohhhhhh, I think the USA and Canadian teams
will be very strong. However, I’m supporting
the crew from home! Go GB! If I have to give a
name, I will say Dane Jackson, he is on another
planet!
