The NRS Snooze Pad 3 , a thoughtfully designed sleeping pad , is a practical choice for outdoor enthusiasts , especially paddlers . I chose the 3-inch version because it would suit me best at 6 feet tall and 80 kilos in weight . It measures 76 x 26 x 3 inches ( when inflated ), giving me plenty of shuffle room while being lighter to carry at just over four kilos or 9.5 pounds . The 4-inch version weighs in at a further kilo or 2.5 pounds .
The surface material is heavy-duty , PVC-free dual TPU-coated nylon , which protects both sides and is 100 % waterproof and airproof , making it an excellent choice for paddlers on river trips .
