Steve (a Master Locksmith Association member for over 14 years) is continuing the Bright’s tradition, through his passion, transparency and integrity. Steve was just 14 when he started with the Bright brothers as an apprentice. He trained for five years, learning the traditional ways and intricacies of the trade, before graduating to a fully qualified locksmith. He also passed the Auto Locksmith Exam, which means that he is able to provide a vehicle locksmithing service. Steve says, “Southend is a lovely place to live and I want to keep it that way, by making it a safe place to live”. That is why he is happy to give up his time for free, to attend luncheons, so that he can offer up recommendations, that will keep valuables safe, without the customer needing to spend a fortune. Steve also works closely with neighbourhood watch and minority groups. He adds “Your
