Here are some tips to help you get back into shape: • Slow and steady is the key to losing weight • It is advisable to wait at least 6 weeks after giving birth before embarking on exercise • Seek the advice of a Personal Trainer if you are not sure what exercises you can safely do Not only does exercise make you look and feel better but your energy levels will increase and you will restore and improve muscle strength, all things that are necessary when you have a new baby to look after! It is extremely important to warm up and cool down to avoid the risk of injury.
