Peachtree Inn OCTOBER BIRTHDAYS Nov. 3 Ethel Glenn PING PONG Our new resident, Ken Foster, brought his ping pong table along with him for everyone to enjoy. He brings his buddies from the YMCA to play with him on Tuesdays. If anyone is interested in playing ping pong, let Kim know. We can start out easy and have a “girls only” day. We can also set up tournaments if you are an avid player. MUSIC & DANCING The residents of Peachtree Inn and Pepperberry Suites were entertained by Denis Moreau on Wednesday, October 9, after dinner. The music was so enjoyable that everyone wanted to dance. Shirley Rayburn and Grayce Pescion looked great “cutting the rug.” INCLINE TRIP Some residents of Peachtree Inn and Pepperberry Suites went to lunch at Houlihan’s and took a ride on the Duquesne Incline. The weather was perfect! Our special treat was seeing the Rubber Ducky at the Point. TRICK-OR-TREAT The Orchards of Foxcrest annual campus-wide trick-or-treat was held on Monday, October 28. It was a huge success again this year. Even “Richard Simmons” showed up, but none of the residents would exercise with him. A special thanks to the kitchen staff for always participating.
