Nick Derbyshire (1977-1986) to Neeta Koria,
2 September 2017, Pennyhill Park in Surrey. Nick’s
uncle, Chris Derbyshire (45-55), was in attendance.
Nick’s Father, David Derbyshire (46-57), was unable
to make it from Abu Dhabi due to being physically
challenged to make the trip.
Joe Green (07-09) to Casey Little, 26 May 2018,
Baltimore MD USA. OPs attending were the groom’s
brother Isaac (09-11) and sister Holly (11-16).
Raul Miron (07-08) to Timea Andra Sojka, 2
September 2017. The religious ceremony was held
on 7 July 2018 at Zalau, Sălaj County, Romania. Jessy Pang and Lauren Atkinson.
Christopher Pollard (98-07) to Elizabeth
Sampson, 30 September 2017, St Michael and
All Angels Church, Taddington. Derbyshire. Both
the father of the bride and the father of the
groom are OPs: George Sampson (68-75) and
Nicholas Polllard (69-76). Other OPs attending
were: Tom Axup, Edward Boak, Matthew Carter,
Ryan Duncan, Haydn Ford, Sarah Gough, Tom Nutt
and David Sampson (a friend of the groom and
the bride’s cousin), Alex Watson, Lara Wales (née
Pearce), William Axup. Unfortunately, John Sampson
(David Sampson’s father, the bride’s uncle, George
Sampson’s older brother) couldn’t get a flight back
in time from South Africa, but watched speeches via
FaceTime! Christina Stubbins (97-08) to Lloyd Groves,
30 June 2018, at Thornton Church. Two of the
bridesmaids were OPs: Lara Wales (née Pearce,
00-08) and Georgina Bedford (01-08). Other OP
guests were the brides’s brother, Hugh (00-11), sister
Francesca (95-06) and friends Leanne Robson (03-
08), James Pratt (02-09) plus a number of family
members and close family friends who were at Pock
in the ‘70s and ‘80s!
Edward Hetherton (00-05) to Hannah Lois (née
Pitman), 22 September 2018, All Saint’s Church,
Pocklington. OPs attending were Ed’s brothers:
Oliver (03-08), Daniel (01-05), George (05-12),
Harry (05-12) and Freddie (10-15).
Aimée Woodliffe (00-07) to Marcus Smith, 30
September 2017, St Andrew’s Church, Bugthorpe.
Siân Smith (96-07) was a bridesmaid and Nick
Hadfield (90-96) was best man.
