Bus Rides to & from Convention
It’s 2 a.m. February 19, and you’ve finally got your
packing for convention done. But there’s those 2-3 hour
bus rides to and from Columbus…?
Don’t worry! We’ve got a couple of ideas!
Bus to convention:
• Refine your mediocre Certamen buzzing skills.
• Get a head start on spirit cheers
• Study Wheelock’s Latin (if you’re lame)
Bus back home:
• Get the beauty sleep you were deprived of.
• Watch Mean Girls
(necessity for an every day
OJCL conversation).
• Draft your PCD (post-convention depression)
Facebook post.
• Study for that chemistry test your teacher at school
won’t let you postpone.
• Do your mandatory
graphic arts project (a.k.a.
a paper clip structure).
• Make a group chat with all of your new OJCL
• Memorize that Latin
Recitation passage you’ve
been procrastinating to
learn.
