Winter 2016 Bus Rides to & from Convention It’s 2 a.m. February 19, and you’ve finally got your packing for convention done. But there’s those 2-3 hour bus rides to and from Columbus…? Don’t worry! We’ve got a couple of ideas! Bus to convention: • Refine your mediocre Certamen buzzing skills. • Get a head start on spirit cheers • Study Wheelock’s Latin (if you’re lame) Bus back home: • Get the beauty sleep you were deprived of. • Watch Mean Girls (necessity for an every day OJCL conversation). • Draft your PCD (post-convention depression) Facebook post. • Study for that chemistry test your teacher at school won’t let you postpone. • Do your mandatory graphic arts project (a.k.a. a paper clip structure). • Make a group chat with all of your new OJCL • Memorize that Latin Recitation passage you’ve been procrastinating to learn.
