Do I recommend you try this recipe? Absolutely not. I was apprehensive going into this, and my worries were correct. They were bland and dry and kind of tasted like homemade dog biscuits, but I have to admit, they weren’t as bad. They did taste much better once I topped them with fig preserves. It was a fun experience, especially squishing the grapes with my hands. Overall, I would rate this recipe a 4/10. It was enjoyable to make, but I would never try again. The bread was edible, but only just. This was a complete swing and a miss, come on Cato.
