health) by running towards him as the area to pull
someone back to him with Earthbreaker is only on
the tip of the skillshot. Finally, avoid standing near
walls when retreating if possible. If a god is low on
health, the Champion of Rome absolutely loves it
if they stick to walls so he can bank his Excavate
off the walls and smush them under his might.
TYR
I always shed a tear when I try to find a proper
tier for Tyr. He is an underrated god to say the
least, but he has potential to be a very threatening
force if not shut out. In the lane, his main (only)
combo to damage an enemy requires them to be
CC’d. Magi’s Blessing and/or Purification Beads
will ruin his ability to keep an adversary in check.
Any Tyr player will shed a tear when they can’t use
their top tier tank skills to tear through a team.
SUN WUKONG
Monkey King, Sun Wukong, is often seen in
both the support and solo roles, being viable in
each. He has a lot of poke from his trademark
The Magic Cudgel and has a decent slow coming
from his 2, Master’s Will. The really frustrating
abilities owned by SWK are 72 Transformations
and Somersault Cloud. With 72 Transformations
Sun Wukong can be very frustrating to fight. He
can escape efficiently with his AoE-knockup Ox
form and Bird form, so be sure to stun him out of
it or he will most surely get away, and when he is
attacking you with his single-target Tiger form, a
ninety-degree turn to dodge will almost always make
him miss because of his reduced turning radius.
Somersault Cloud is a great move offensively and
