Readaholic, as the name suggests, is a programme which is aiming to encourage the students to read. How does it work? It is very simple! If the students have any book that they would like to read or any book that interests them, they can go to Harvestian’s folder in their Google Drive and search for the Readaholic’s folder. Once they find it, they can fill in the Readaholic’s form. Each month, one or two books from the Readaholic’s list will be chosen. The students who selected the chosen book, will have the first ‘dib’ of the book—meaning that he or she can read the book first for one month before returning it to the library. The first two students, whose their suggested book were chosen were Jamerline who has requested The Fault of Our Stars, written by John Green and Tan Ru Wei (Rhay) who requested for The Sister Keeper by Jodi Picoult. 16
