Former NJSACOP President Joins Extra Duty Solutions
Extra Duty Solutions , a leading provider of full-administration of off-duty programs for public safety agencies , today announced that John J . Zebrowski has joined the company as General Counsel and Director of Organizational Development .
A 35-year law enforcement veteran , Zebrowski retired as Chief of Police for Sayreville , New Jersey in August 2022 . He is the immediate past president of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police , a practicing attorney in New Jersey and Pennsylvania , and a Certified Public Manager for the State of New Jersey .
Zebrowski ’ s addition is part of EDS ’ s strategic re-structuring plan to posture the company for long-term success , while continuing to deliver exceptional service to the nearly 200 public safety agencies it serves across the United States .

He is a contributing author for NJ Municipalities Magazine , NJ Police Chief Magazine and the International Association of Chiefs of Police ’ s “ Police Chiefs ” magazine . He is also the co-host of “ Chief Talk ” the NJSACOP Podcast series .
