Facilitator In plenary classroom sessions, the facilitator will present conceptual frameworks of pre-identified competencies to facilitate the transfer of the learning to the workplace. To ensure maximum relevance to the participants, some sessions deal with ad hoc issues that arise from the work in teams. Coaches Coaches help participants maximize the learning of principles, concepts and skills. They challenge participants to think strategically, plan thoroughly and use leadership and management skills to build an effective organization capable of attaining its objectives.
