content to rest on our laurels . We are indeed already planning for our next endeavor in conjunction with the international partners , with plans for the next Senior Leaders Seminar already underway .
We are exceptionally fortunate to have developed a working partnership with international colleagues , such as those at Police Scotland and the Scottish Police College , and grateful for all that they have done to ensure that this program was an unforgettable experience . In particular , special thanks are owed to Superintendent Helen Harrison , head of the International Development and Innovation Unit , Police Scotland International Academy , and Fiona Halliday , International Development and Innovation Officer , International Development and Innovation Unit , Police Scotland . Helen and Fiona went above and beyond the call of duty in their efforts on our behalf .

All Briefings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 10:00 am ( breakfast served at 9:00 am ) at the Doubletree Hotel in Tinton Falls , NJ ( unless otherwise noted ). Briefings are NOT held in July and August .
