Union County Fallen Officers Memorial Challenge Coin
In 2020 , our association recognized the need to expand and redevelop the fallen officers memorial at the John H . Stamler Police Academy . Over many years , the elements have taken their toll on the existing monument , and it no longer represents the eternal glimmer of hope that our officers deserve . An even greater tragedy facing us is that the current memorial ' s etching area is full , thus not allowing for the addition of names of recently fallen officers .
