The new genre of music called Jazz is being considered the devils music by different groups of the the American public. ublic There have been numerous debates between supporters and detracters. Ernest Newman recently bashed Jazz in a magazine article Jazz-king, Paul Whiteman had a reply to this arguing that jazz was a genuine musical force.
