VIBRATION ANALYSIS TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
Understanding how the equipment works , how they fail , how the symptoms of failure change over time , and how to correctly take the required measurements , requires detailed knowledge of the equipment and the instrumentation . We provide simulations that explain how the machinery and instrumentation work , and animations that enable you to visualize exactly what is going on .
VIBRATION ANALYSIS CATEGORY I
Students will learn why vibration analysis is important , gain a solid understanding of its fundamentals , and learn how to take quality , dependable measurements to diagnose common faults .
VIBRATION ANALYSIS CATEGORY II
Students will learn how to collect the right data with accurate vibration analyzer settings , as well as diagnose a wide range of fault conditions . We will provide students with useful tips and tricks to help validate diagnoses . In addition , the training will discuss shaft alignment and balancing to improve the reliability of the equipment .
VIBRATION ANALYSIS CATEGORY III
The Category III course is intended for people who are confident with spectrum analysis but who wish to push on and learn more about signal processing , time waveform and phase analysis , cross-channel testing , machine dynamics , and fault correction . Any students who wish to truly advance in vibration analysis and be able to run a successful condition monitoring team are ready for this course !
